You’re not here to talk. You’re here for a structured, results-oriented approach that creates change.
High performance often hides patterns like:
High performance can mask patterns that quietly erode your quality of life:
These are patterns—not flaws—and they’re changeable.
Not “meet in the middle.” Not “either/or.” A more effective method emerges from the tension between two approaches:
The result is a more comprehensive path forward: rigorous, practical, and built for real life.
Her approach blends:
This is not “therapy culture.” It’s applied psychology for people who expect more from themselves, and their clinician.
Before your first session, you’ll complete targeted measures that establish a baseline so we work from data, not assumptions.
We identify the core pattern driving the system (worry, perfectionism, emotional dysregulation, avoidance, impulsivity) and define success in concrete terms.
Sessions are active and skills-based. You’ll practice tools between sessions, refine strategy, and build change that holds, under real pressure.
Concierge access may be available between sessions for select clients, because the moment you need the skill is rarely the moment you’re in session.
I primarily work with accomplished professionals. I see clients in person in Miami, and I work virtually with clients in select locations where appropriate.
When it’s the right fit, I also work with motivated college students, graduate students, and early-career professionals.
Choose the path that best matches what you’re working on right now:
For clients who want evidence-based treatment for patterns that significantly interfere with performance, stability, or quality of life. Focused work for anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, impulsivity, substance-related concerns, major transitions, and entrenched perfectionism or avoidance.
For high-functioning professionals who aren’t broken—but know their current operating system is inefficient. Work focuses on mindset, emotional control, stress physiology, decision-making, consistency, leadership presence, and values-driven performance.
For individuals and organizations seeking practical, skills-based education—not motivational fluff. Focused trainings on mindfulness, perfectionism, stress management, and performance under pressure.
Therapy may be the right fit if you’re dealing with a clinical disorder or significant impairment—depression, anxiety disorders, substance misuse, eating disorder behaviors, panic, or high-risk symptoms.
Coaching may be the right fit if you’re stable and high-functioning, but want to optimize performance, emotional control, relationships, or life satisfaction.
If you’re unsure, we’ll clarify the most responsible level of care without over-pathologizing what may simply be a performance and life-satisfaction problem.
This is a private-pay, out-of-network practice with a deliberately limited caseload.
If we’re not a fit, you’ll be referred to someone who is.
