High-performance coaching, grounded in clinical science.
Coaching is an unregulated industry. Anyone can claim the title, and most coaching delivers motivation without method — energy that fades because nothing underneath actually changed.
This is different. My coaching applies the same evidence-based frameworks I use clinically — CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches — to performance rather than pathology. The methods are structured, skills-based, and measurable. The difference isn’t the tools. It’s the training behind them: twenty years of behavior change expertise, board certification, and a working knowledge of how minds operate under pressure.
Coaching is the right fit if you’re high-functioning and stable — not looking for treatment, but aware that your current operating system has inefficiencies: emotional reactivity that costs you in negotiations or leadership moments, inconsistency between what you intend and what you execute, stress physiology that erodes decision quality, or success that isn’t producing satisfaction.

How It Works
Coaching engagements follow the same structured process as everything I do: baseline assessment, a clearly defined target, active skills-based sessions, and between-session practice. You’ll know what we’re working on, why, and how progress is being measured. This is not open-ended conversation. It’s a defined engagement with an outcome.

Coaching or Therapy?
If you’re dealing with a clinical condition — significant anxiety, depression, substance misuse, or symptoms that impair daily functioning — therapy is the more responsible starting point, and I’ll tell you so directly. If you’re stable and want to perform better, coaching is likely the fit. If you’re unsure, the consultation will clarify it without over-pathologizing what may simply be a performance problem.
